Hi, I’m Ernest Onuorah

I started this forum to provide a platform where BIPOC people can come together to chat about career issues, challenges, support each other and learn about opportunities in any career path.

The companion blog is where I share insights from the wealth of knowledge and experience that I accumulated over the decades of work and business experience I gained internationally in Nigeria where I was born and locally in Canada where I live and work. Other contributors will also share insights in their own area of specialization. You shall be reading posts from me and some of my friends where we share our collective wisdom so I hope you find useful information that will encourage and motivate you to overcome barriers and live your dream. From time to time, we shall host events where leaders and pacesetters will share their experience.

This way our collective knowledge and experience will provide the impetus that will encourage and motivate you to overcome barriers and live your dream – successful integration of BIPOC people whether they are new to Canada or were born here.
